Maureen Charles has two passions: writing and teaching. After 11 years as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Distance Learning for McGrath Training Systems and 27 years in the education and training field, Maureen opened her writing and editing business, Well Written, an endeavor that fulfills on both passions.
Ms. Charles collaborated with author, trainer and school law attorney Mary Jo McGrath on the research, writing and editing of School Bullying: Tools for Avoiding Harm and Liability (Corwin Press, 2007) and associate produced two video series: The Early Faces of Violence: From Schoolyard Bullying and Ridicule to Sexual Harassment (7 videos) and Lead with SUCCEED (6 videos).
Strong believers in community service, Maureen and her husband Jon, began running marathons for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in 2003 in the wake of a family tragedy and have been honored by the Society for their unrelenting fundraising efforts and support of the Society’s mission.

David Daly has more than 22 years of accounting experience including both rendering professional services as a consultant or an auditor as well as serving as a corporate controller in the entertainment industry. His clients have been both public and private entities in such industries as financial services, telecommunications, entertainment and media, real estate, consumer products, hospitality and not-for-profits.
Mr. Daly is a New York State Certified Public Accountant and is certified in Financial Forensics. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Public Accountants. Mr. Daly has spoken and instructed on investigations and accounting matters at numerous internal training sessions as well as outside conferences. He earned a Bachelor of Sciences in Accountancy from Villanova University.
As part of his community service efforts, Mr. Daly coaches little league baseball and AYSO soccer. He has helped raise money for the MS Society, American Cancer Society and his local church and school. For the past six years, Mr. Daly has served in various capacities on the Board of the Valimar Homeowners Association.
